Actually - I wouldn't Godaddy is well known for charging their clients money if a TM issue arises .... If you refuse to pay it - Your account and any domains within it will be held til you do.

MIR - is the Domain actually generic ? Is it really worth fighting for (Monetary Value) ? If so - Bite the bullet and consult a Pro.

"Ads" of any kind have been used against Domainers for a while now in cases like this , No big surprise there. Even "Categories" showing up on a Basic Portal Lander count the same I suppose.

Godaddy are displaying the ads?

but only godaddy controls the ads, why not transfer to another parking company or develop it yourself so you can control the ads and contents as well.
