I have a potential customer for a .co.uk domain after hand registering it for £1.20.
I have been offered £500, not sure if that is high enough...
However, if that sale goes through, it would be my first and biggest flip in under 6 weeks of registration.

Congrats for everyone!
My first and so far the biggest flip was 5 days ago when I sold 4L xyz domain to an instagram end-user for $250. I registered the domain from namecheap for $0,04.
When the numeric craze began and 6N prices were right before their peak I started buying ultra premium 4N infos. I sold twelve 4N.infos for $2500. (Paid $3.99 each if I remember correctly)
I got stuck with some other things I shouldn't have bought like most here but the above sale helped ease that blow. I probably couldn't get $50 bucks for the same lot today.
