"quickest flips" for me would be a $20 purchase, for a $4,500 sale the same week and another purchased for $20 and sold for $1300 the next day.

I don't do flips much anymore because I'm not in a hurried position to sell, and I prefer development, inbound inquiries, and playing the 'waiting game' for higher sales rather than taking a fraction on outbound sales.
