My favorite domains are part of my travel industry network of domains.

I have others I really like, one-words and such but nothing translates like a location. For example, despite something like beach having a translation of playa in Spanish the actual name of a location (city/state) does not need translation. Fort Walton Beach is not Playa Fort Walton in Spanish, it is still Fort Walton Beach. Specific locations are definitely my favorite domain names and I feel my "best" investments.

It is the reason why so many bad names get traded, and people that are inexperienced lose money. $0 domains Estibots have been sold for $18k by Mike Mann as an example all the time, and $18k estibots have been sold for $500. I really hate how sites inject estibot into auctions etc as well. Metrics can play into an evaluation imo but putting a dollar value on something that has no value until final sale is a fustercluck.

I hope this gets settled to an amicable resolution. All over a free domain? How silly. So you didn't read over the rules, now you know. The person giving away the name should understand, and find someone else to give it away to. I don't understand what the loss is to the owner is here?

I agree with you for Estibot part but the domain Wellies (.net) has many other things apart from Estibot value like end users, searches, CPC, etc..

Sure not saying anything about that, you've done your homework which is good. I didn't mean to come off arrogant or angry I've just been reading alot of estibot threads lately....it bothers me. But not saying it's solely you or that you did anything wrong.
