i was wondering whats that mod called with the yellow bar that says you aint regged?

i wanna use it on my vb forum

Its a mod that can be found on vbulletin.org
I tried it on my forum and it sat too far down the page.. not sure why..

I believe thats what the MOD does.. plus it gives you the image and sound(opt) files...
