I don’t like giftcard either with XR, but that’s the wrong way to look at it.

Going by your logic people shouldn’t invest in XR+keyword domains?

There are more ‘giftcard’ sales than XR+keyword sales according to NameBio.

If we all went by NameBio then ‘immersive’ and ‘augmented’ domains are a waste of time, something that i/you and I’m sure many other people here have investments in.

I'm not a guru, no one is on here, we are all in the same boat, even the very best domain investors are all market speculators at the end of the day, but i will give my opinion on this question.

It doesn’t matter how good the keyword is, the keyword as to be relevant to the technology or it won’t sell.

Keywords like for example ‘fun’ in my opinion isn’t a great keyword (on paper), fun+keyword domains in many other industries aren’t really valuable, but is a great keyword in VR/AR that goes well with the technology.

That’s why for example, giftcards is not a good keyword, ‘giftcards’ itself is a good keyword with some good sales, but i don’t see much use for it in VR/AR.
