XR can be X Reality or Extended Reality.

Either way it describes the spectrum just like mixed reality.

Been looking around and shopping for a while now, saw many companies choosing to rebrand to xr or just starting with xr in their names..

Those are only some of my findings that are already developed (there are many more undeveloped by major companies like unity/sony etc..)

Decide for yourself.

What gave you that impression?

I just thought almost every news post I see of yours relates to either (VR & Cryto) or (AR & Crypto) type posts/news.

So just thought this would be of particular interest to you. But sorry if I was wrong:oops:

Also you appear to be the one most heavily invested in VR/AR/XR type crypto names:xf.grin:

So that is why I thought VR/AR crypto or blockchain news would be something you would like?

I was pulling your leg mate :xf.smile::xf.wink:

Thank you though. Yeah, Its obviously a niche I’m really interested in. By far VR Cryptocurrencies like Decentraland are the most stable performers and there’s tons of stuff happening in the VR/AR Crypto sphere right now with virtual assets and the like. Very exciting.

Wow... That is one long dialog.... But what exactly are you disagreeing with?? You seem new to the thread. Welcome! And congrats if that was your sale! My post was not specific and mainly directed to the other vets who have been posting here and are familiar with my views. I likely have more XR domains than you, so if you thought I was knocking the niche you are greatly mistaken....

I said that geniusxr is something to celebrate for XR domains in general, just not specifically an indication that XR keywords domains in this niche are picking up yet, soooo what exactly are you disagreeing with??? Lol... Sorry I'm a little perplexed that you wrote nearly a novel about how you disagree with my two paragraphs, yet I don't see anything specifically that is contrary to what I said lol...

It's not like I said that brandables are valueless. There is obviously evidence of the contrary on namebio every day.

I have at least a dozen or two dozen XR brandables like GirlfriendXR and PresenceXR...so I wasn't disagreeing with the perceived general value of XR brandables - something you would know if you follow my posts (something I don't expect everyone to do of course, but just saying, maybe you misunderstood my perspective).

P.S. I think it's too early to say that in any immersive niche that keyword domains won't sell as much as brandables. You speak as if these industries have already reached their max maturity. When it does that's when keywords domains, especially with affiliates will take off like a rocket - which is why I've invested the majority of my domains in adult and gambling niches - some of the most lucrative niches that could see the highest sales in all of XR AR and VR.

My attention hasn't to "attack" you in any way and if it seemed as such my apology (i'm mentioning this because you seem a bit defensive regarding my previous post).

But what exactly are you disagreeing with??

The only thing i was disagreeing with was this statement "There are still many more XR brandables names still available, but no one is regging them, because counting on those to sell is like betting on the lottery rather than educated investing"

Basically i was disagreeing with your thought that " but no one is regging them" i notice a high percentage of XR brandable names being registered lately (at least compared with previous months).

Another thing that i was disagreeing with was this "because counting on those to sell is like betting on the lottery rather than educated investing" from my point of view there are "patterns" with brandables that can be considered educated investing and will lower your risk.

Some examples of those "patterns" are keywords that are more desirable then others and have a higher percentage of endusers buying them and developing into big businesses in other categories.

@Elad n posted some of those "patterns".

Also worth mentioning that also with brandables u can limit your risk by going for keywords like
TrueXR
SmartXR
BestXR

Etc.

The rest was mostly my feedback and point of views and was just sharing them in these threads not exactly directed at you sorry for the confusion.

Also never said that you weren't "celebrating" geniusxr.com sale or that i thought keyword domains won't sell as much as brandables in the immersive space, by the contrary i do think keyword domains will sell for high amount (not all of them of course) but i also think the right brandables will also sell for high amounts (not all of them of course).

Ps: sorry for the long dialog again, i try not to type a lot but sometimes just get carried away with the momentum. I will try to keep it short next time.

It's also worth mentioning that what a brand able is in immersive niches can be subjective, because when you put the acronym at the end of a keyword (keyword + XR) it could be perceived as a brandable, even though it contains a generic keyword. "XR Casinos" is what English speakers will search for, not "Casino XR".

So maybe there should be a hybrid term: Keyword-Brandable or keyables lol...

Lol keyables that's a good one.

I think i remember Andrew Rosener once mentioning what he considered a brandable domain name is a popular dictionary one word that can be used to create a powerful brand outside of the meaning of the keyword.

Example Apple.com (technology), Sumo.com (technology) etc...

XRexperience sold -811$ Dropcatch

Nice name ,XR is definitely picking up !

And on that note ,

Refused a 250$ offer for XRvideos.com

Countered a 1k offer from a startup for Keyword+XR.com

Completely missed the XRexperience.com auction :xf.eek: that was a really good XR name.

Congrats on being actively receiving offers on your XR names from endusers hope you sell some for high amount, it will really give a boost XR and other investors :xf.wink:

Still not on the XR train, but just done a registration that i thought was worth doing.

20r2ohx.jpg

This domain as been registered a couple of times in the past.

ExReality registered in multiple extensions, so is things like VirtualR.

So thought it was worth doing.

Own RealityXR in King , it's getting some interest.
