I think its not...coz XR may or may not go to full extent....as new techs are coming day by day...
I invested coz it got another meaning for this domain name..if XR fails I can flip it easily.

Today, SmartXR.com sold for $1,800.00 in Snapnames / Namejet auction! Great name worth 10K+ to end user, imo, but I didn't expect it to get quite so high. I was in the auction during the mid-range and see the price was driven up by two bidders after my max bid was wiped out.

This would be the highest ever historical price for an expiring Keyword + XR domain in auction, beating XRpoker.com (772 USD 2020-05-12).
