What do you mean, friend? There are a lot of sites who are using trademarked names. They clearly define in their rules that "this site is not affiliated with "this" brand".

Still there is any problem? take an example of msnicon.com . Is MSN gonna sue them if they are using MSN's trademark in their brand? No way! Then what do you wanna proove here in this thread?

If you are making any money off of using their trademark, then yes it can be a problem. Hundreds of people get C&D letters from companies every month.

Even if you are not making any money it is still a trademark that a company has. They have legal rights to go after you for registering this domain name if they want to.
