I want to sell my Gifts Based Referral Site.

GetGifts is gifts store, but not regular store, it's viral store.
Users who wants to get FREE gift to need to bring referral, the referral needs to complete offer, then the owner earn the of the offer, then the owner can buy the gift and sent it to user. (The owner earn from the offers)
Currently, we have 34 registered users, but I don't add any offers for the script.
It's uses powerful admin panel there you can control on the site, the template, users, change referral numbers, add more gifts, offers and more.

Traffic:
I don't advertise the site, so not huge traffic.

There is nothing in the site that tells people what they have to do

Is it possible to take a look at the admin panel ?
How easy is the front page to edit ?

If I were to buy this can I edit/advance the script to sell on ?
