Is it LEGAL ?
of course, like i said, i am with my friend (the admin) and with permission from our college, so it's 100% LEGAL.

I am worry if it's only SCAM, like others!?
just send us the payment after the banner or link has been up. and we will give you 1 day to finish the payment, if you dont give us the payment in 1day after we put your banner/link, we will remove again your ads.

What is forbidden?
no adult, porn, gambling, hacking, wares etc.

What we need?
your link, your anchor, your image location for banner or send to our email, your title and of course the payment.
