The name should be an existing word (or group of words) or at least be based on an existing words like "writely".

Although I received quite a bit of good offers they didn't meet my specific criteria so I think I wasn't clear. So here's some more information:

I'm developing a webapp similiar to writely.com, basically an online Word although my webapp is much simpler and more focussed at archiving those little snippets of content (like todo lists, passwords, etc). It's not focussed on creating a official document like similar webapps.

Some keywords: write, word, page, note, book, archive, snippet, text

Other keywords include "simple, easy and my" but should be combined with a writing-related keyword shown above.

Currently low $xxx is really low, like $150 or even less. However, if your name has some decent resell value (and it matches my criteria) I might go a bit higher.

Some example names I like: wordsmith, wordsworth, writely, wordplay, writeup, notebooked, typeractive (all .com's taken)
