Hi,

I'm curious to know why there is such a big difference between the two online appraisals for the same name. Can you talk about some of the primary differences between the factoring details and calculation algorightms between both respective systems, that could create such a significant gap?

This is the largest gap I've found so far - this is sort of just a random name.

One claims to use machine learning. The other doesn't.

Well, at least they say its machine learning, but I'm not buying it.

Fascinating stuff. I know there are many NP users that are willing to pay 5% or so for ANY appraisal surpassing say, $25K for example. With skewed #s like these, it would be a game changer for both the Buyer and Seller, for better or worse.
