Hi all
I would value our input here please. This is my first post so please forgive me if I have broken the rules.
I recently bought an expired local chiropractor .com which had closed down leaving no apparent site but a fair number of good reviews on yelp etc .
I intended to open a lead gen site and sell the traffic. It seems that the clinic may have just moved a short distance and just dropped or discarded the domain.
What should I do? See if they are interested in buying it back? Maybe with a site on it ?
Go ahead and do a lead gen site ? Dont need a UDRP or worse.
I dont think they really used the domain since 2013 with a very poor site on it.
I havent checked the TMs but I think its unlikely . It is "placename"chiropractic.com.
All your input wold be appreciated!
