Normally I steer VERY clear of anything that looks like a trademark, but what about this scenario...
I have found a news outlet that could also be a regular word (like sun, mirror etc). It is the...... in a country TLD. (so like "theSun or like "themirror". The same country they are in, but dont use (like the UK has .co.uk,.org.uk and .uk etc).
I presume that as long as I didnt do any kind of news related stuff, and just did a blog related to the regular word eg all about suns, or all about mirrors etc, then it should be totally fine, right?
