The seller have a new registered account and have 0 trade on namepros, he insist using paypal and refuse to use escrow since he cant waste any more time over $300.
I hear that if you use paypal to buy a domain, it is impossible to get the money back if the seller do not give you domain.
Will you pay him using paypal?

PayPal will refund your money back for digital goods. You just need to prove that op did not satisfy their end of the deal. Need proof of email and or private message.
Definitely based on how present your evidence but you will have to wait awhile.

PP wants you to think that

but in realtity
they will not pay you
if the account of the buyer is empty ( has no funds )

I’m not sure what pp wants you to think 🤔 but from my experience with using them an op trying that charge back. I have won many over the years . Also get the money before you give away your assets.

I'd use escrow.com / payoneer escrow and pay fees ($10-$20 for a $300 transaction) myself. if seller doesn't agree to that then I'm out.
