discuss Why Spend Lots of Money on Crypto Domain but Not Use It?

Out of 9 more or less random examples of substantial crypto domain sales reported over past 1-1/2 yrs only 3 are developed, with 2/3 parked. I find that very interesting what with all that money said to have been spent, ranging from $16,500 to $195,000 but only 1/3 are developed:
