Hello friends, l am making searches on google about how to index it and l see its size it to large and l think its a negative side for my website for crawlers and it lower my site rate.
As you can see http://www.google.com.tr/search?hl=tr&q=site:bigphp.net&btnG=Google'da+Ara&meta= the size of my pages around 145 and l didnt like it, l made search about other populer wordpress blogs on net, l found many blogs have same features as mines but have lots off images and lots of google adsense codes too but their sizes are around 45 -75 kb and mines are 145 kb, l dont understand how to solve this problem.
wish some1 advice me.
thanks..

Hi,
You have a bunch of links on your frontpage (especially at the bottom) which cause the size of the rendered index.php alone (without graphics) to exceed 120KB. Each link requires the usual "a href"-code, and when you have hundreds of such links on your frontpage these things will certainly add up

yikes. here are some things i found that you should fix:

- meta tag overkill
- way too many tags per post
- footer link spam galore

google isn't stupid and these little tricks don't fool it.

WEll, first of all thanks for ur comments, but about ur comments, l would like to say ;
tags about after each post, hmm, maybe u are right, but its default settings of the plugin, and l dont think so it cause spams or wrong.
footer message, it doesnt include any external link, both goes to the deep of site which includes my site wide. l know in many forums there are same footer links that sitemap the wide forum topics in the footer, am l right? so mines shouldnt be different. Even vBSEO advice to put page links in the footer of forums. So l think it shouldnt cause spam, but yes, l was looking for ways to make my website smaller, So you think when l remove the links at the footer or when l remove tags after each post will make my site smaller? l will try, thanks...

Definitely. I just copied the source code for all your links at the bottom (starting at "<center><h6>") and pasted into an empty file. The file itself was 25KB, which means that only the links themselves (at the very bottom) are 25KB in size.

WEll, l think l did what you asked now, and look at the size of my website now, still too big.
What should l do more???

Down from 200KB to 140KB is indeed an improvement. Install Firebug (addon for Firefox) and use the Net tool. Then you'll see what potential improvements there are and what to do.

Example: logo-1.jpg is 17 KB, which means it could be compressed even more without too much loss. Style.css is 9KB. Maybe you can tweak that little rascal a bit too?

if you're going to keep using your programming domain as a repository for every subject under the sun, then take out the feed links and feed images for all 65 of those categories. that should cut it down by another 44.3 Kb.
