I recently acquired these names in dot com.

I am planning on using one of them as my personal domain portfolio brand but I kind of like them equally and can't decide.

Which one would you choose or think is better?

Any thoughts are also welcome.

Thanks for your help!

Of the three I'd pick the first one.

I like them all as a stand alone name. The problem for me is when you say them as a website/URL. I think having the word "dot/s" before an actual "." just doesn't fit right.

You'll be saying "acedots dot com"

Just my opinion.

I agree, that's why I didn't buy some other options I had which ended in dot (singular). The plural “dots“ before the dot didn't seem as problematic to me. So I assume you'd pick Dom Prime? (I also see that you are using Dom Links for yourself). Thank you!

I agree the plural is better. Dom Prime is fine yeah. I doubt you'll ever find a name that everyone agrees is the best so it's more about how you brand/market the name you decide on. I mean literaly nobody on earth would say "godaddy" was a good name and yet here we are lol.

Yeh it's tricky. As domainers we understand the importance/impact of choosing the right name. None of these really stand out to me, but to choose from the three I guess I would go prime... though the "dom" thing can oft be confused for dominatrix in social twit areas.

Choose the name you think you'll be most comfortable with telling people about. Sometimes your DN portfolio name can create a preconceived notion of the type or quality of domains you offer.

Non of them seems perfect for me but will Go for DomPrime. IMO

Yes none are good. How do you expect customers to pay big bucks for a domain when you are only willing to hand register something mediocre for yourself? Maybe spend a little extra on something great.

I would keep looking.
I agree. In fact I kind of just like random terms for brands.
I think using terms like domain, name, dot, etc. are kind of overdone.

Any decent two word term in .COM can be used for a website, but also works if you want to expand your business into other fields as well.

None of them would do the job you think? Not even Dom // Prime?
Of the (3) I like that the best, but I think you can do better personally.

I don't like using "dot" in any domain as it is instantly confusing when it comes to the radio test.

Thank you all!

If you think I can do much better and you have those better names, don't hesitate to drop your list with expected prices via PM.

Please, keep them short. No more than 3 syllables. Actually 2 syllables is what I am looking for :)

I respect your opinion but this comes down to personal taste in the end. I personally prefer a more descriptive name. Thanks for commenting!

Tricky. Share similar views to what some of the above have said. If I had to pick one, maybe the 3rd (dom meaning dominant, adult brand)...but ugh. Take what you can get, IMO

A part from Dominatrix.com I've been trying hard to find an adult site starting with Dom. Could you please provide an example of such a site? Even Dominet.com (which BTW sold for 20k in 2020) is a venture capitalist company and it couldn't sound more “adult“ to me in the beginning.

Thank you!

Off the top of my head, no. That's the only thing that came to mind, with the word "dom", if I'm honest. Think its technically BDSM stuff...more popular term. Overall, just tough domains. If you find offers though, power to you

I had to google BDSM, to be honest. It seems that you know the niche relatively well :)

Just added Dot // Goat (.) com to the list. This time “Dot“ is the first word.

(G.O.A.T = Greatest Of All Time)

What do you guys think?
