Poor extension - Extensions that do not have enough value, not regarded as very good, could have been somewhat popular once and investors may not get a good value out of them.

This is also an educational post for people starting off, to stay away from certain extensions because they may not have good demand, may not be valued, may lack liquidity or some other reasons.

.net is outside .com still best
.network is what it means
.inc every global company has their name in it

.org is ok for lots of projects
.io is big in crypto
.app is big in crypto

lots of strong niche tld's
.car(s)
.lawyers
.doctor

.xyz is big under 30 crowd

the keyword is more important than the tld outside of any .com

you don't know enough about industry keywords and how registrars hold back the top terms and you pay big money just to register in a keyword

Show me any major industry keyword in any business tld you own

bank
money
cash
loan
mortgage
cars
home
usedcars
lawyer
attorney
doctor
dentist
chiro
chiropractor

plumber

you don't have any of these major keywords in any extension worth owning one in, yet you put thousands of posts up here spewing opinions about worth of keywords and basically you have no authority or experience other than you post way too much here
