Which are the best WHOIS services for .IN and .CO.IN names?

Which are the best WHOIS services for .IN and .CO.IN names?

I tried a few, but to no avail; they either show outdated WHOIS info for my names, or they can't/won't check them at all. Which one(s) would you guys recommend?

try the official registry site.. http://www.inregistry.in/whois_search/

their whois server: whois.inregistry.net

I use WHOIS(1) directly from my shell. :]

registry.in is okay for .in

and also for .co.in and other .in extension

I use dd24 for nearly all my whois checks- normally quick and efficient.
