In expert opinion which 10 would have the most value after 5 years of holding.
So like in 2014 which 10 would probably have gone up the most and be the most valuable. Pure investment for my partner and me.

First lose all the names that have the keywords in an unnatural order. ringsjewelry?

Next lose the terms that have 3 or more words. freeonlinedictionary, sciencefictionbooks, ect

Now lose anything with TM issues and potential TM issues.
BuyXanax, ComfortableShoes, ect.

That should get you close to 10 names. With whats left look them all up in googles adwords keyword price estimator tool and find out the cost per click for each term. Order them by CPC and lose any remaining names with a low CPC. That should net you the ten most valuable names on your list. The most valuable names now will likely still be the most valuable in ten years.
