Usually I check hosterstats as a main check point for timing my purchases. This lets me know if its a good time to buy it

(NOTE: I check many other aspects as well. CPC, search vol, open corporates, linkedin etc.)

Ex. if you see a domain that was newly registered in 2007 that just expired in the recent years (2020, 2021, 2022) its usually a good time to go ahead and buy it. If you see a domain that was newly registered in 2021 that just expired this year (2022). I usually would not buy it
