When backordering live domains on Snapnames/Namejet, are owners notified someone is interested?

Seems that a few days after the backorder, owner quickly sets an asking price...

Then you get from Snapnames an email about the domain with asking price: "Domains you ordered are now available for purchase at SnapNames!"
