What's PayPal's deal??

Looking for some information here, can't figure out
why Paypal, "online payment and money transfer" "pros"
takes less than 24 hours to take money from my bank account,
yet it takes them 7 business days to put that money into my paypal account??
how come? what's the diff? I pay with Paypal, they debit my bank, quickly!
ok, I understand that part, but what's the deal as to why it takes 7 days to go in? Is it a steal my interest thing? or, no-one knows how to do it faster thing? aren't they supposed to be the "pros"

Is it a steal my interest thing?

It sure is. They're like most financial companies.

While there's little or no laws prohibiting them from holding customers money for as long as they like, they'll keep doing it.
They're only interested in making for their shareholders.

Most companies with shareholders are like that. Take McDonalds for instance, they never changed their unhealthy menus until they were pressured into it by customers.

It's the same with Paypal (and other financial institutions) they'll just keep take-take-taking until either the government or the public stands up to them.
