What script

What script would I want to get if I were to do something like the NamePoints Earn Credit for Clicks thing where you click the link and it opens the window and makes the people visit it for at least 15 seconds?

I think the creator of this thread:http://www.namepros.com/programming/171807-only-valid-after-20-seconds.html was trying to do something similar.

Basicly, you'll need to use a JavaScript countdown timer and a backend script that makes verifies if 15 seconds have passed.

I read that thread and it seems whoever was trying didnt get too far. I dont have the skills nor the time to do this. Theres got to be a script for it out there somewhere every one of those read email for cash sites or whatever they are have it when they send emails you click the link and has the 15 second or so timer and then youll get your credit.

Well vbulletin.org had a script that was what I was looking for but I wanted one for the site not running through a forum software.

Well if been searchings trying to find a script like this but cant find one anywhere. I dont know if im searching wrong or what. I may have to use a script for a forum but are there any scripts like the one on vbulletin.org for a free forum? The forum doesnt even have to be good but I dont feel like paying $150 or so for the vbulletin license just yet.
