What price to ask on a .com when selling to a developed ccTLD site?

I contacted a .NL site who also forwards the.co.uk extension to their site. I own the .com extension. Lucky for me the site is in English so .com becomes more viable.
What would you smart folks think to be an intelligent asking price, considering I have no stat records.

The .nl site promotes and sells vacation/property investments in South America.

edit: I contacted them asking if they were interested, the owner promptly responded saying he might be interested in it as a forwarding device

as i always say if i contact them i always ask to them make an offer and if it is a fair one i sell the name otherwise i make a counter-offer
it also depends on the end-user's pockets

He played tricky and asked what I had in mind. I replied with 150 euros (isn't that like $5000 these days? :) :() And a "bedankt" to flaunt my dutch language skills hehe.

He replied with 100. I'll likely reply with 125 and be happy to get it out of my portfolio as a silly purchase (cost me 80 bucks on a gamble that he or someone else would want it)
