What ad networks run those dumb political / celebrity ads?

The visitors to the site in need of such ads so far appear to be young, impoverished, dumb males. They like to click on pictures. Shareapic doesn't pay well with 500 visitors a day, though, so I've been looking for other solutions.

So far I've gotten widgetbucks on there as well as google ads. I'll find out how good widgetbucks is doing. . .tomorrow.

The site got about 800 clicks per month when parked. I think the site could be profitable through PPC. Right now CPA isn't doing jack.

So, where can I sign up with those "IS BUSH CAUSING HIGH GAS PRICES? [Yes] / [No]" or "Get the ball in the hole to get a free ipod!" ads?

Or just any kind of animated flash ad that click-prone people click on?
Please don't tell me they work so well that they require money to get into. . .
I bet they aren't even PPC, actually.

Adbrite has some of those ridiculous ads. Its not contextual however, so you'll manually have to approve the ads.

but those are cpa, when clicked, one has to fill up numerous endless surveys that leads no where.

depending on your location, usually U.S. you can get some on fineclicks.com, or clixgalore or axill.com

If you hail from USA get going with Clixgalore, they display one of the best interactive ads.

Is there some way I could get PPC revenue from randomly opening a second window to an advertiser offer when a user clicks on an image? You know, kind of like traffic-trading scripts TGPs use. EDIT: I guess my question is would that be considered fraud or not?

It is. . .evil, but the site gets visitors from typos every day regardless.
