What are the best months to BUY a domain name?​

Recently an NP member asked when the best time to buy and sell domain names is based on our personal experience. The responses to the question were a bit mixed and hopefully this thread will give an easier way to see what is the most popular answer.

I would like to take the question one step farther and add a poll to help us come to a more definitive answer.

The best time to buy is when the seller has to to sell. :sold:

I'd say when there's a lull in the market - so on the run-up to Christmas? Or maybe over the summer.

I've always found that just before holidays begin seems to be best. From memory, most of my best value purchases have been in May and November. Go figure.

December is slow down the purchase domain name month.
Christmas coming.
