What kind of developed domains do you look for?

I was just curious as to what is the most popular developed domains right now? Are most people looking for forums, ecommerce, etc? I know traffic is the major thing but is there a certain type of site that works best?

Sites have potential to generate revenue are those I look for.
Current traffic is not very important to me since I don't want to pay a lot. Generally speaking, the more the current traffic is, the less I can make profit of in future since the seller will ask for more.
But it has to have the potential.
About specific types, I go with high-paid-keyword sites. :imho:

Forums, Blogs, Guides, Search, Jobs, Real Estate, among others ... ideally, I like to look for developed sites that either already do the best job for their respective niches in their local marketplace/demographics -or- have the potential (easily brandable, high-profile domain names that can be developed) to do so, IMHO. :yell:

I'm very much into, lately, the localization of the internet! :music: :imho:

Forums, search sites, real estate, dating etc. Although traffic is an important thing to look for while buying developed sites, it should have potential to generate revenue, the domain should be easy to remember and type, and should be brandable.
