What kind of app or service do you crave?

I'm betting that some of you have an itch that you want scratched, so here's your chance - what kind of domaining-related app or service do you crave?

The reason I ask is because I recently developed a piece of software for another NP member and I was quite surprised to learn that nothing similar is commercially available.

I'm surprised this thread wasn't inundated - I know for a fact there are tools domainers need, but why is nobody asking for them?

Cause you're not asking subversively, just putting the question out there and it's so clear you wanna jump the gun on some profits.

Which actually isn't bad but the nature of this industry has us wanting everything for ourselves and not others - even if it will help us more in the future.

Yes, I get the impression that domainers are secretive about their business, but it doesn't do anybody any good in this instance - chances are if you have a problem that needs solving then so do thousands of other people; ideas are just elephants rotting slowly in the room, nothing ever progresses. I'm guessing that for obvious problems (catching expired domains, scanning keyword lists, diffing zone files) serious domainers just build their own tools, but very little seems to be commercially available to the people who don't know how to do it (the vast majority).

How valuable are ideas by themselves? Usually not very.

Ok, Here's an app I need\want. It's an application that pulls available BlackBerry OTA downloads into one place either to resell or just as a convenience item. Is this possible?

OK. Here's one. there is a program called Domain Hunter on SourceForge https://sourceforge.net/projects/domainhunter/. It hasn't been updated in about 2 years. I'd like to see...

1) Bulk Add/Delete Domains
2) The Registrant's Name
3) The whole thing updated in real time when the page is refreshed. (It currently grabs the data the first time and it's never updated).

Frankly, I would only ever have privately made apps as my methods not widely used.

So that's 3 threads in 2 years but not one app. Doesn't bode well for this threads' outcome.
