What is your best domain successfully backordered via GoDaddy?

Just curious if any truly valuable domains have been caught by them. I know that certain services are better for domains at certain registrars but I want to hear about the exceptions, if any. Care to share?

i have never heard of them catching anything other than expiring names like bigfathairynudefrenchmodelsfromtherenissance.com

however i hear they are better with .infos. but i dont know of any in particular

I reg'ed "AnyBot.com" a couple months ago and recently sold it for about 50 times my money.
I'd say that about half of the names I own I got thru GoDaddy backorder. Strange - Sometimes they report that a backorder is unsuccessful so I wait about a week before removing it and then I catch it anyways....

i have given up tryin to backorder with go daddy. You can probably hand reg quicker than them!

I normally use pool to get my names although they are expensive but at least they get the job done

You definetely could hand reg faster than GoDaddy. GoDaddy tries to grab your domain two times a day. At 6:30 am and 6:30 pm. If your domain drops at 3:30 pm, then GoDaddy won't attempt to grab it until 3 hours later.

The problem with GD backorder is that all domains go to TDNAM first and the price you paid for the backorder is the opening bid. Just because you backorder at GD doesn't mean you are going to get the domain.

It's available because it should be "renaissance" at the end. I wonder how much typo traffic you'll get.

Only dropping domains that are registered with GoDaddy, WildWestDomains, or BlueRazor go through TDNAM.
