What I hate about new email system

I don't understand why we are forced to accept this ugly nonsense.
(browsers, email (yahoo. yandex, proton,..), search engines, interfaces)

1. I copy a URL in text form, or would prefer to copy it in text form,
after I paste it I see part of a webpage. Instead of pasting a text (which may be
turned into an url only: may be acceptable) I'm pasting a big html code.
Is there a way to avoid this? New browsers are uglier in this sense.

2. There are no emails anymore. Everything is a conversation.
I can't see where a message starts where it ends.
I look at sent messages, whatever I typed last, appears at the bottom
(if replying, forwarding).

3. I type space character (long horizontal key on laptops),
and it is understood as page-down. I need to invent tricks to avoid this situation.

4. I search for emails, I'm shown a list, I click something from the list,
and what, it is also a search and not an email.

5. Our laptop screen is big enough, but we are shown a very narrow area to type
and edit our message. Narrow rooms, narrow papers kill creativity,
creates stress, invites mistakes, prevents corrections,..
And obviously this is done intentionally.

6. Not about emails: I search for something in search engines,
instead of showing things in page 2,3,.. I have to page-down,
and things will be loaded as I go down. But I will never know exactly where I'm.

7. Things work much better, if allowed to work , without javascript.
but no,.. js is need to get as much data from user as possible.
"they" don't necessarily force enabling js directly, but they
give nonsense error, and require CAPTCHA, and captcha requires JS.

8. Another thing, why are we all too dependent on someone else's code,
such as cloudflare, captcha. What if cloudflare wants to make an ugly joke
to the whole world one day.. can we escape from trouble, I'm not sure.

Looks like we are supposed to get what is forced on us,
and not think, make plans, understand what we are doing.
We are designed as high tech slaves.
Kids are better in tech than adults?
No, they don't know what they are doing,.
They are playing in a fancy room of a prison.
