We're currently using subscriptionFlow's SaaS CRM because it's opensource and I value the ability to make changes (and we do). It is getting a little old, so we're going to a completely custom solution that will include full end-to-end administration functions as well as email and SMS functionality.

It's been a while since your post, but I wanted to offer some insight. It's cool that you've been using subscription Flow's CRM for its open-source flexibility, but it's understandable that you're looking for something more tailored now. Transitioning to a completely custom solution with all those admin functions and communication features sounds exciting!
