Weird script needed

Hey guys,

This is a weird script request. My friends and I have a "blackbook" on our forums, but currently it is just a topic (where we enter details about users that have broken the rules and such).

I was wondering if it would be possible for someone to make a script so that my administration and I could enter in things like the members name, the member's user number, the date of the 'offence' and the bad thing that they did to get their name in "the blackbook" and then once you hit the "submit" button it would add that data along with previous submissions all listed in chronological (newest first) order. I was also wondering if it would be possible have a "search" type feature so that you could enter in the member's name or number and it would find all matching submissions with that name or number.

I hope I explained it good,
I was just wondering if these might be a script like that out there (kind of doubt it) or if someone could help make one;

TBH I don't exactly have a budget right now, but I know it's a rather complex idea for a script - so I'm not too suprised if anyone expects me to pay for it. Maybe I'll hold off for a while, I ordered a PHP book a week ago and I should be getting it any day now, so maybe I'll learn to make something like it in months to come. Sorry I don't have a budget, and because of the complexity I'm not suprised if anyone would want to be payed to do it, perhaps if I can't develop my own in a few months (which would be a good challenge I suppose) I'll come back here and ask you guys after I have a few bucks saved.

that is definately a weird script request, but i guess it doesn't matter for the coders, every job is money in the pocket

seems like a pretty cimple script to me. Just some input fields and some tables. pretty basic.

yeah shouldn't be too difficult, i don't know enough PHP/MySQL to do it myself though but im sure somebody here can
