Websites - Web Hosts - Data Centers - Down everywhere! Anyone Notice?

I noticed that at about 1:00 AM EST today January 25th, 2003 this site was down and I was researching to find out why and I noticed there were data centers and websites down and more going down all over the U.S. Anyone else notice? It's now about 3:30 A.M. EST and this site is back up but I believe there is alot of data centers still having trouble.

I know there's been alot of talk of it being an attack on the root dns servers or a worm or something, but who knows?

yes, I noticed, and it actually went on for a while before alot of sites started to eventually open up. Hopefully what ever happened, will be discovered and if it was an attack on the data centers, they find the person responsible for it.
