Each template pack includes:

★ Regular Website Template
HTML/Images are ready to upload, all you have to do is change the text.

★ Minisite Template
This is a minisite (single page) template with a header/footer based on the regular website template.

★ WordPress Templates
Two WordPress templates for each theme, one based on the regular website template, and one based on the minisite template.

★ . PSD file and TTF Fonts
Both themes includes a .PSD (PhotoShop) file so you can easily add/remove graphics, and move objects around to suit your own needs.
Plus, the fonts used for these templates/graphics are included as well.

Know that I am NOT the original creator of any of these templates; I got my hands on the 'resale rights' to these.
Since I am not the products' original creator and have hardly 'explored' any of them myself yet, I can not provide support to you. So I can not help you install, I may not be able to answer specific questions you could have about any of these products, etc. In other words, NO customer service whatsoever. Hence the low prices for each on these products!
