webmoviesearch.com sold for 13K on sedo? Is this for real?

I am new to this whole domain name biz and have begun buying a few names. Today I was on sedo and I saw that webmoviesearch.com sold for $13,200.00. Wow, I had no idea that 3 word domain names fetched such high prices and its just an ad-filled page parked at godaddy. But what blows me away is that when I check the WHOIS data, this name was registered in May 2007. A 131,900% gain in one month, amazing....senior members and domain veterans, is this for real? hmm:

wow.. that would certainly surprise me if it was legit.. despite the fact the keyword phrase is fairly decent.
