I have a sign up page on my current website like this (refer to current.jpg file attached).

I need your help to make it look like the attached signupage.png file (refer to signuppage.PNG file attached). colors should match with my new website. I will provide the link in PM so that you can see the colors

You have to make the page shown in image currentpage.jpg look like page in signuppage.png file. This is HTML/CSS work. if you need more info i can PM you. please let me know

I think its more than just a HTML/CSS job. You need someone with simple Photoshop skills aswell.

Here is who you need, someone that can do:

1. XHTML/CSS
2. Image slicing, supply the original PSDs if you have them.
3. Javascript/Ajax
