If you have a great domain with a great price we will run it on our network and see if it sparks interest and gets a buyer. We have over 300,000 users that will see your domain and they would qualify as end users.

Must be a .com that even estibot puts a high value on.

If it is a highly brandable domain that is perfect for business that would qualify.
There is only a 15% service charge if the name sells. We are giving up ad space to put domains on so that is why the 15%.
