warning WARNING PHEENIX.COM STOLE DOMAINS FROM USERS!DON NOT USE FOR CATCH DOMAINS!

Spaceship Spaceship
Watch
Because Pheenix . com is a warehousing & other ilegal activities do not use Pheenix for backorders or registred domain names
Today 13.11.2018 was stolen a domain from my account by @pheenix himself , pushed out form my account without any authorization
The domain is a LLL .co that i pay , was in my account start from 8 november 2018
Open tickets , no answer also try to call , all phone numbers are disconected
I write to ICANN & they say for .co must complain to cointernet.co & i do that
Also write to Tan Tran on Linkedin
Encirca basic will manage the domain names from your Pheenix account but Encirca is also a poor and untrusted registrar . Start from last year not recived any email for confirmation
This is a fraud of both companies special Pheenix.com
so STOP USE PHEENIX ! NO LONGER AVAILABLE

The views expressed on this page by users and staff are their own, not those of NamePros.
Pheenix should just come and defend this!

Basic my post is a warning for other NP members to stop using Pheenix
About my domain i have feeling that i will lose forever also the money . I will see what will hapen in next few days
I am also facing issue's with them. Unable to transfer a name out because they are not updating the WHOIS details.
Previous i open a ticket to update whois , no answer of course
After 4-5 days whois was update but today was pushed out to them by them
Any domain have i transfer out to Dynadot
But in my account still show i have the domains in Pheenix account
Another advice for NP members is to transfer out all domains from Pheenix to other registrar & avoid loosing domains from your account

Just few days back they auctioned a name (ignition.co), which they don't even own or control.
I won that auction & they pushed a dummy name into my account & tried to charge my card.

https://prnt.sc/lhx7gd

They even send you transfer out codes on request https://prnt.sc/lhx87w

Where did the domain go, was it sold, what was the expiry date on it?

The domain was in your account on Nov 8th? How did you acquire it then?

Yes, 2 years after the Chinese chip collapse. I bid on Pheenix a bit, didn't know who I was really bidding against, and then the bottom fell out, moved a over a hundred domains out at once, a few got stuck with bad auth codes, but I managed to get them out. Surprised people left their names there for that long with it losing all it's registers etc.

Your WHOIS posted above - shows November'11 - Registration Date...
NOT Nov'8.

The situation sounds a bit confusing, I had no idea Pheenix was still dropcatching. If you didn't have a valid credit card on file, your time, their time, I can see how maybe a mistake could be made in regards to submitting payment in there short window. Maybe they liked the name, and used this to take it into their account given outstanding payment, who knows.

If it was registered on Nov'8 - then it was deleted... within Grace Period.
And then reregistered again on Nov'11...
This is what your WHOIS talks...
