Talk with a lady on the phone +1 888.872.4988 tell her about the problem say will pass to technician , say i have 3 tickets open in customer support , then try to call again at same number &.no longer available or out of service
I think for them is funy

here other victim ...they captured 2 domains .co for me but today I received the mail

Push (Lost) - 2018-11-19

they canceled the backorders but they did not give me my money back... Some have recovered their money or it is better
dispute the transaction from my bank considering my card has an insurance....???

As I see, these issues are only with .CO backorders.

So my own conclusion from this thread: ignore .CO and be happy.

 

issue is for all domains not only .co + we lost our money so if you lost money & you are happy , me or other we are not ok?

 

I never lost any money with Pheenix.
Also I never backordered .CO with Pheenix.
So what I'm doing wrong???

What do have to say about Pheenix selling names in expired auction's which they don't even own ?

I already said above that .CO backorders at Pheenix are NOT implemented properly in terms of billing.

Pheenix has relatively long history... and I never heard about the stolen domains on their platform.

True steal is when the domain is moved from Registrar-A to Registrar-B... usually to Chinese registrars.
All these domains are at Pheenix. So looks like internal bugs.

 

Isn't this just to do with the new .co pricing plan? Any good .cos that drop now go back to the registry and cannot be "caught". My guess is that Pheenix have not updated their system to deal with this. The system is probably still accepting back orders for .co names and charging as per normal but then the registry takes the name back and leaves everything up in the air.

Expired name with GD, make a bid & see for your self.

 

I think your money is not lost...
But to get refund - now you must spend days/weeks... because .CO autorefund at Pheenix is buggy as well.

 

If you can't live without .CO - use Dynadot backorder... at least their refund system works without glitches.

 

Nothing personal with you @Jurgen Wolf but from my point of view , long as a i pay for 2 domains CXX.co (this first take as possible a glitch but isn't ) & FFK.co , this domain was in my account for 6-7 day's with payment made with NS set up on sedoparking.com , long as Pheenix.com no answer to my ticket's & no answer to phone ( except on time yesterday then they close the line ) for me are thief's @gorilla_bob & Pheenix.com
In this situation if it was a problem ( but is not with the domains ) should refund money & will not do
Why are thieves because Vessel.co was also caught by Pheenix & was put in auction - the second person win the acution - so all good Vessel.co is in account of this person
What Pheenix want to do with my domains & other domains SOS.co for example ( by the way some one catch the domain , was in his account & then yesterday was pushed out to Pheenix auction )
There is no auction - they will wait until domains will expire & then put on auction to get more money
After all @gorilla_bob & Pheenix.com must cover a lose of aprox $2 mil. dollars & they do on my money & your money so stop to defending @Jurgen Wolf because you are wrong
And Pheenix must shut down , but i see lot of people don't care about the problem so in this situation i will stop to post here & spread the news on internet
