I am looking to have my site, www.elitebags.net, completely re-done. I want the site to be cleaner looking, maybe have some flash animation, and all the other good stuff. The site feels too cluttered for me. I would prefer the bids to come from people who are well versed in PHP, as the site is based off of osCommerce which is heavily PHP coded. Maybe I should have specified that I'm on a kind of "beer" budget if you will. I don't have a lot of money to spend due to the fact that my last "designer" turned out to be a scam artist and charged me almost $1500 for my site. Hopefully that might help with the bidding.
