My budget: around $600

Proven money maker with minimum of 6 months stable profit history.

Clear explanation of traffic source (Adwords, search engine, etc)

Would prefer a site with established organic traffic from relevant keywords, a lot of backlinks.

Little maintainence

Clear explanation of revenue sources (Adsense, affiliate programs etc)

Proof of ownership, traffic and earnings
