I need to sell VPSUsers.com as I'm doing some work on another site and wont get time to work on it.

The sale includes the following domains:
VPSUsers.com
VPSTips.com
VPSTools.com (Was offered $200 from a popular VPS host for this!)

The sale includes usage rights the three articles on the site, written by myself.

I need to sell this quickly so I'm not looking for much cash here.
