I would say that these names are too focused.
The problem I see is convergence of technologies. VOIP is more and more becoming like regular telephony or it's the other way round.
Also VOIP is not really a household term. Most tech-savvy people know about Skype but not many would be able to figure out what VOIP really means.
IMO these names can only appeal to a specialized end user.
Also, can you give us some example of 'VOIP spam' ? I'm trying to figure out.
