domain VistaIcons.com PR5 - High Traffic & Ranking

http://www.vistaicons.com is PR5 and gets around an average of 672 uniques a day. The site has not been developed yet, just an index page is online for the moment.

I have had many offers in the low $xxx-$xxxx range but have refused all of them as I plan to develop this into a big site for the release of Vista in late 2006 as it will be worth even more. The site is earning $1-3 a day with adsense on the index.

Site is #1 for vista icons and vistaicons on google

As for value now and what it could be when vista is released what would you say?

Have to love the fact that it’s already a PR5 website with only one page indexed in
google. I know how great you are at development with your beautiful Zimic site in your signature as an example I could see this becoming many times more valuable than your highest offer for this domain to date.

I downloaded the icons a while ago...I just can't figure out how to use them lol

you can use them easily.

just right click on the folder/ -> properties -> customise.

if not try a couple of good Theme Manager.
