Develop, no value otherwise. As Vista becomes more popular and more and more software is developed for Vista thats when your domains could become a hit, maybe lists or p2p/torrent file sharing links and affiliate links etc.

But as they sit now, reg fee. Developed possibly more in revenue and traffic, doubtful you'll find a enduser.

Develp it. Undeveloped I think it qwould be worth only reg fee or SLIGHTLY more. If you develop it it could turn into a good site which you could then sell later on. Seems good as there are many sites now for Windows XP 'Tweaks' or 'hachs'
