Im betting big bucks on VR domains have a great future and with the big boys buying up VR companies, mainstream is a stones throw away.....

Lots of VR+keyword.com taken years ago and I noticed this sale a week or so back -

This was a steel and I can soon see everything from VRPoker / VRCasinos / VRShopping / VRBrowsing / VRTours / VRWorlds / etc etc....having a high price tag even now at the start of VR hitting mainstream...

I have just paid $x,xxx for a name but will not be showcasing as the domain is in escrow at present....

No your absolutely right. Without the tech really reaching the mainstream masses it is a good offer.

Prices will go up if as we expect the tech is a success.

For me I am willing to stick it out because vr is an exciting tech that I am sure will succeed in the given niche.

While I have expected VR tourism to be a 'thing', I'm not sure it is worth $149 price tag for a 3 hour trip but who knows what experience that money will bring. Better be pretty darn good.
Not sure who is going to divy-up the money for this, not me. Seems more like it should be monetized by advertising and a $20 price tag.

I have said this before but, people like to be scared and VR is the perfect way to do that. Just trying to figure out good names for it. The market is there. I'm sure there will be plenty of interesting tubes with it.

If I did I would have definitely been proud to mention it here. (That's if I actually remember it right that I did reg it) Losing my mind here. checked the emails no history of me ever buying it. It shows this was registered back in 2013. both ways. Ever get paranoid that your domains were elaborately stolen? lol please help? Just want to know if it was ever mentioned here. Maybe someone is better at power searching on NP than me. or perhaps thee owner is here already? that would be nice too. Thanks.

it's also pretty convenient that both domains have privacy on them. If I were to steal someone's domain I'd do the same. but I know everyone here will probably say it's impossible to steal someone's domain erase the invoice from thee owner's inbox and modify the whois.
