question Virotrol.com (I own) matches a HIV test name. How do I sell to bio-tech company?

I bought Virotrol.com a couple of months ago. Just was making up names relating to viruses, because of COVID. Turns out, Virotrol is an HIV/Hepatitis test made by the fifth largest life sciences company in the world (Bio-Rad). What is the best way to approach? Seems like brokers want traffic. Suggestions?
